How the event works
We agree on the idea
The occasion, the audience and the number of players; we prepare your organisation code.
Your own questions (optional)
We write questions about your organisation or campaign with you, check their sources with you, and never show them publicly.
We train your organiser
A short session before the day; the presenter is from your side.
On the day
Open Uloomak on the big screen, tap “Create a quiz” and enter your code; a large QR code appears.
Players use their phones
They scan the code and answer; the ranking updates live on the screen.
After the quiz
The winners’ podium, a certificate with your event name, and a PDF report for you and the sponsor.
What your organisation gets
A private quiz
Your questions open only with your secret code.
Teams
Up to 200 players and 6 teams, with team standings live on screen.
Your event name
On every screen and on the winner’s certificate.
Sponsor logo
On the TV, the players’ screens, the certificate and the report.
Report after the event
Players, how each question went and the final ranking — ready to print as PDF.
Offline when needed
For privacy-sensitive venues: “Presentation mode” in the app works without internet; teams answer by raising hands.
Full host control
Pause, skip a question, lock entry and remove a player.
Privacy
Players type a nickname only — no sign-up and no personal data.
Event-day checklist
- A big screen: a smart TV, a projector, or a computer connected to a screen.
- Internet for the screen and the players (or offline “Presentation mode”).
- A presenter from your side to run the quiz and read the questions.
- A short test on the same screen the day before.
- Timing: 15–20 minutes for a quiz of 10–15 questions.
